I found Entourage around the season 3 point, on some late night slot on ITV3 or similar. I liked what I saw and started from season 1 and have seen all episodes and seasons at least twice.
Entourage, a simple story of 4 friends, one of whom has made it famous as an actor in LA, and his crazy agent Ari Gold. The show had it's late night slot because of the nudity, but what stands out high above anything is the amazing bond that these 5 guys have. They have their ups and downs but never turn their back on each other.
Entourage could quite easily have been gratuitous sex and bull, but it manages to keep focused on the bond throughout the series.
It's one of those 25 minute programs where you will end up watching a series in a night - it's very hard to just leave at the end of an episode.
One of the best feel good shows of all time, completely under-rated (well, at least here in the UK).
Their motto has always been "Lifestyle is a terrible thing to waste", and the Entourage boys are well aware that their LA dream could all end tomorrow, and live life to the full.
Jeremy Piven has won countless awards for his incredible role as the super-arrogant agent, Ari Gold. In truth, he steals the show, but all of the boys have their own lives and their own issues.
One of the best series I've had the pleasure to watch, and I've recommended it to countless people who have caught the Entourage bug and bought all 8 seasons too.
