For anyone wanting to show off their new HD home system to his or her mates this would be a good place to start.
Cheaper than buying the whole Planet Earth series on Blu-ray is one reason to buy it as well as the fact that most of the footage is equally as stunning!
Fantastic shots of the volcanic landscapes and wildlife that inhabits it are littered throughout the episodes. If you don't like Tilda Swinton then you wont enjoy it as she narrates all the way through each programme.
Not quite as good as Planet Earth but still defiantly worth having!
