I don't understand people saying how this film is poor compared to the games. I thought it was fantastic. The action is immense, and the general film is terriffic. Well worth a watch.

Customer rating: 2 out of 5 stars Poor Video Game Adaptation.

Based on the popular video game franchise Hitman is a poor excuse for an action movie.

Timothy Olyphant is Agent 47 a shaven head killer who finds himself ensnared in a political conspiracy while accompanied by Olga Kurylenko as a sexy prostitute.

The characters show very little depth and the story lacks any real development. The action sequences are not too bad but director Xavier Gens fails to keep the tempo high enough to keep the audience involved.

Like all video game adaptation Hitman was clearly an attempt to cash in on the popularity of the game. Just a shame they couldn't have spent a little more time making a decent movie.

This film looks good, but the action is sadly very average.

5 Stars! Having watched the film in the cinemas when it was released i have to say that this film was good transfer from game to movie although some other people may disagree. I will be getting this on BD later today and cannot wait to watch it!
Must buy for any Hitman fan!

This Film was pretty good it somehow related to some of the bits from the third game Blood Money like the music and the weapons. The action is incredible the casting is great i do reccomend for anyone to see it. You dont have to play the games to get to no the story line only the Hitman himself.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars Enjoyed it all (more so on Blu-Ray!)

Contrary to what a few people have said about this being a crap game-movie transfer, i totally enjoyed the film and I also own all the games and enjoy them too. The film is well made, good action in it and good story. Me and my friends went to see the film in the cinema (most of which have never played the games some have) and they all said they were gonna get the dvd (or B-DVD :D). Bottom line is, the film is entertaining, it isn't exactly like the games but it is worth watching over and over again ANYWAY!

Enjoy your film! :)
