I recently purchased this film on blu-ray and feel that i have been ripped.
I own the ultimate edition on dvd which runs at approx 96 mins
However my blu-ray version runs at approx 84 mins.
Could someone please explain how the missing 12mins from dvd version end up as deleted scenes on my blu-ray version?
Or are we to be ripped off again when they bring out a second blu-ray cut sorry for the rant hence the 2 star rating.

Aliens is my favourite movie of all time, and I have to say that I am so dissappointed with the Alien Vs Predator series of movies. The first one was rubbish and this one is ok but huge mistakes were made - for example in one scene a human killed an alien that was above him and no acid spurted out - he should have died. And in the hospital the cocoon like walls appeared in a couple of hours. Mmmmm. And don't get me started with the teenage theme at the start of the movie. Disappointed.

I enjoyed this movie. It`s not meant to be a high concept art house film.If you like no brainer, big on action cinema, this one`s for you.The Blu-Ray transfer is outstanding in every department.See it on a decent set up and all those intentionally dark and murky shots come up much clearer. The blood and gore is cranked up from the previous movie to a satisfying extent. There are an enormous amount of informative extras on this disc which will tell you everything you wanted to know about the galaxy`s two biggest, hardest neighbourhood bullies.
