If you like films from the Jerry Bruckheimer stable then this is another good addition to the library, great scenes, great locations and some top class actors. Most enjoyable, didn't really notice a huge difference with blu ray except the extras are very good and not available on regular DVD, also keep an eye on the Ferrari the one towed at the start is not the same car returned later ( Not a plot spoiler).
Mediocre at best

Sorry, this is really not a great film. And don't whatever you do get it on blu ray or you'll spend the whole time wondering how much of Nic Cage is actually really. It's so clear he's been botoxed to zero expression, porcelin teeth, spray on tan, dyed hair, and to crown it all a bad hair piece.

The movie had a good story, great locations and built up to a hollywood spectacular finish. The picture quality and depth of sound was very detailed and gave life to the Golden city. If you enjoy an story based film set in great locations, this is a film for you. If you are looking for a straight action movie, it has a few great set pieces; the London car chase and the Golden City, but this is a film more about history and discovering treasure. Enjoy.
one to buy

really enjoyed movie, did not think it would be that violent or blunt as other films like it as it was made by Disney, but this was no the case and if you like a good old treasure hunt movie, like the goonies, the mummy and indiana jones, this is worth a watch for sure.
4 out of 5 as blu ray quality not the best i have seen, a little grainy in some parts, but 90% of time it hits the mark.
hope this review helps.

National Treasure Book Of Secrets really keeps with the first film in delivering Mystery, Clues and Riddles. Starring brilliant Actors including Nicholas Cage, this film really clouds your vision to find the answer, right untill the very end. This is a top rated film and is recommended as a must see!
This story is fun and well crafted.
It is a bit like Indiana Jones without the Nazis. The puzzles and mysteries lead us on an exciting journey to a climax which is slighly cheesy, but excusable, as this is a popcorn flick afterall.
A good family film which has something for everyone
