I love this film and couldn't wait to add it to my Blu Ray collection, but after starting to watch it I was appalled at the picture quality, to the extent that I eventually turned it off in disgust. Garbage like this makes a mockery of the term High Definition and the investment people put in to updating their TV, etc. If you have the DVD don't waste your money! I shall try the Skynet Edition Blu Ray, it looks like a better option, with good reviews and lots of extras.

Worth getting but not as good as i thought it would have been on blu-ray as there were no features considering a blu-ray disc can hold 50gb of data,far better picture quality than its dvd counterpart though.

The video conversion to high definition is pretty good for a film shot and released in 1991. Sound quality is excellent. This version of the movie is the director's cut so you also get a few extra scenes you wouldn't normally see. Well worth the current price of £6.99
