Great doc but picture quaility poor and disappointing ,wish i had bought the normal dvd copy instead of the blue ray, i shall be more careful next time, i should have scrutinised the reviews properly and will avoid buying bbc blue ray discs again until they can produce proper h.d. Quaility instead of this

I waited months for this excellent documentary to be released on blu ray as i wanted to see it in high definition on a big screen. Sadly the picture quality isnt what it should be. At times it looks soft and out of focus and suffers from motion blur. would have been 5 stars if picture better.

One of the best quality blu ray' documentary's avaliable..........'superb sound & picture quality....on 2 disc's.!!

This mini series is amazingly good! With quality picture and sound to match! If you love animals and culture this is well worth the money for just the 1st disc let alone both disc,i have around 800 dvd's and 150 blu-ray movies and i rate this as being one of the best in my collection!
