Cute. Clever. Mischievous. Intelligent. Dangerous.

Don't ever get it wet. Keep it away from bright light. And no matter how much it cries, no matter how much it begs--never, ever feed it after midnight. With these three instructions, young Billy Peltzer takes possession of his cuddly new pet. Billy will get a whole lot more than he bargained for...

This is one of those classics you just got to have, if you love movies. Though this bluray could just as wel be on a dvd, the image quality is a little better then upscaled dvd but still a bit blurry in my opinion, it meight be 20+ years old I think it could have been better. The audio is 5.1 remasterd. Not sure if the dvd's had that already.

conclusion:
If you love the movie you will like it but the image quality could have been better.

I absolutely love this film in every retro way,but the blu-ray transfer is below par i,m affraid. Their is an improvement in colur as in it,s very enhanced and looks nice and vivid. The picture definition is really an improvement on the dvd,but this leads to a very grainy result. This could have been a classic but no attempt has been made to clean up the picture and this i,m affraid is a lost opportunity to show of a classic 80,s movie. Average transfer stick with the dvd version and save your cash.
