Twilight (Blu-ray)

Well were to start im a big fan of vampire films as was looking forward to this after the hype that was aroung this. And again dont believe the hype it aint so much a vampire film but a love story leaving me a bit disappointed. But will have to say it is a much better film the New Moon which was poor very poor. My advice stick to the books they get a 5/5.

highly recomended film i thought everybody was well cast the chemistry between robert pattinson and kristen stewart was obvious,also great music soundtrack.

Believe it or not, i am a massive Twilight fan. But i made the mistake of reading the books first. So when i saw the movie i couldnt help but compare it to the books, it felt as if the film was rushed and alot of the scenes where cramped in to a certain extent. Or maybe its just because the books are that AMAZING that it left me with such high expectations for the film, that it would never meet my criteria. However, i do believe that 'Eclipse' met my criteria for the book and i was extremely happy with that and cant wait for the rest of the films.

I know I will be a head hunted and "wanted for dead" now. But this is my honest opinion about Twilight.

Let's face it, Twilight is the new generation of youth films; sexy young vampires and werewolves having that 'special look', and I sat down open minded and wanted to like it.

Unfortunately, while watching, I kept on thinking Harry Potter with vampires (sorry girls) - all young people learning and finding love killing the evil ones. The only positive thing I can say about Twilight is that it has damn good effects. The story is insulting ordinary, the acting the A-W-E-F-U-L to the max and the chemistry between the actors non-excisting.

I have absolutely no doubt that young teenage girls will fall in love with the drop dead(!) gorgeous Robert Pattinsson, but I doubt that any other will find anything interesting about this all hyped up, ordinary and highly overrated film.

Ten times better than new moon. A must watch as you will not be able to get the storyline.
Amazing Film !

A friend of mine recommened this movie to me. I was actually not gonna watch it. I thought this was a typical teen vampire movie. Not anything special. I was wrong! Beautiful story....fantastic music... Can't wait to see the sequel on Blu-ray!

not bad since i already watched it 3 times already

Only saw this film about 3weeks ago... watched it on my friends dvd.... liked it... so bought it... great quality on blu-ray much better than DVD!!!! saw the 2nd one and will buy that one wen it comes out!!!! awsome film!

Fantastic picture, fantastic film, that's all there is to say

Its just that simple with Twilight, you either love it or hate it ! For me i love it (quite obvious from my rating). The first thing i have to point out is my love for this film has nothing to do with any crush on Rob Pattinson since i am a guy. Although i think he plays a great part and stays faithful to his character in the book. This has to be the best book to film conversion i have seen only the smallest amount of the story was changed and only minor details ignored.
If your expecting an action packed film dont buy it, try 30 days of night a more bloodthirsty vampire movie. My only complaint about this film is that because of the restricted running time the directors were unable to develop the other characters such as charlie and the other cullens.
