Ghost (Blu-ray)

I still think that this is not a bad movie. More of a girly movie but still enjoyable to watch.
The Blu ray transfer is ok and its nothing to bragg about. The extras are the same as the DVD Edition and I think that because of the popularity of this movie, they could have done more for this disc. Overall, it's not bad for the price its at.

was going to buy grease on blu-ray as well but if that is what paramount do is just release the same quality of old films on blu-ray as it is on dvd im better off buying the dvd
would have rating the film a 5 if it was high definition

This film is entertaining moving and very very funny with a bit of Hollywood cheese as the topping. Whoopie gives the best of comic edges, responsible for making it a cinema classic in my oippinion. Yes it has dated over the last 19 years but are there many films that don't suffer over such a large span of time? Once you get past the minor distraction of the 80's styling you will be carried along by the plot, music and the comedy.

If you have not yet seen this film you really should, it will make you both laugh and cry even 20 years on even if you have seen it before.
