Summer Glau who plays Cameron our friendly Termintor is dead sexy and also starred in the tv series Firefly and the spin off film Serenity. The special effects are really amazing for a tv series and maybe thats one of the reasons it got axed because of the massive budget it cost to produce each episode. There is a evil female Terminator on the hunt for John Conner now which really sex things up even more for us boys. The last episode ends on a brilliant cliffhanger in which we will never know what happened next. This is a real shame for me because I find Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles to be the best Sci-fi show since Farscape!
It's confirmed, this great show has been axed by the damn FOX network after just 31 episodes. Season 2 is great with a brilliant finale well worth spending the extra for the blu ray version. I really had hoped that this would live on as I wanted to see the tv version of judgement day (and more of Summer Glau) but now never will. Thanks again FOX, another great show killed off just as Firefly was.
Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles is a fantastic series and one which fans of the films will enjoy. Those who didn't like Terminator 3, will be happy to hear that this series is set in an alternate reality, where judgement day is in 2011, not 2004.
I felt that most of the actors/actresses in the series were of a high quality and really fitted well into the personas of their characters. Garret Dillahunt as John Henry, Lena Headey as Sarah Connor, Richard T Jones as James Ellison and Brian Austin Green as Derek Reese were all personal favourites.
I would highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys sci-fi/the terminator films/drama. The plot twists are worthy of a blockbuster movie and work well to keep you hooked. The effects are brilliant too, especially the terminators themselves, who look chillingly sinister and realistic when parts of their metal body are exposed
£43.99 is a good price for the series and you should not hesitate to buy! Highly recommended!
One star in less, because there is no third season, we'll never get a real end. And I want to tell every foreigner an usefull information on this BR, subtitles are English, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French.
I'd take a big risk with my order, because i'm not still comfortable with audio english, i would had miss some informations without my dear subtitles lol.
So, big serie, good subtitles, but no third season = 4 stars.
there will be no season 3.. its been cancelled.. well done FOX..
