X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Triple Play Edition (With Play.com Exclusive Special Feature) (Blu-ray)

This is not the Wolverine that you read in the comics, this is a neutered version for families to enjoy.

Jackman as ever is good as Wolverine, just a shame the script and effects don't match up to the effort he made for the film, he is in the best shape ever and fits the look of Wolvie perfectly.

If you know the comic origins of Wolverine then wipe your mind of that for a start, this film sticks it to so loosely it might as well not bother.

The cast are ok at best, nothing stands out as brilliant nor poor.

The use of Deadpool is an utter slap in the face of comic fans.

The cgi is poor, the actions scenes are nothing special.

For a 'killing machine' that he has been in the past, right now I'd expect Wolverine to be staring in a re-make of Kindergarten Cop!!

I purchased the X-Men Quadrilogy which I have reviewed. Althoug I love the movies I wasn't that impressed witht he quality of the first 3 transfers but Wolverine has made up for that. This is what a Bluray should look like. Sharp and colourful and to top it off the movie itself was thoroughly enjoyable with a decent story and plenty of action. Well worth the purchase as I will watch this one again and again.

Forget for one minute that you will always get X-Men fan boys hating these movies and see the film for what it is......simply a thoroughly enjoyable film, good characters good plot great action scenes. A couple of hours of my life well spent.

A real waste of talent and time. Avoid this at all costs.

After watching this film i absolutey loved it, superb story line that fits with the other xmen films, picture and sound very impressive. plus a digital copy to watch on the go so if u have a psp make sure you have enough memory to stick a digital copy of this film on it, it wont make them long journeys so long with this film.
