 lost the plot

Pretty boring and tedious. 24 really needs to have jack Bauer at the center of things. Although it various, Kiefer Sutherland is on screen for around 5-10 minutes per episode.
Against other TV it's great - as 24 - the worst by far.

 Mediocrity in a box

I had high hopes for Season 7, given the extra year they had to prepare the series due to the writers strike. But unfortunately they have failed to deliver the epic I was looking for. Don't get me wrong, it's not hard to watch, infact it's typical 24, but maybe that is the problem. I think the guys are running of ideas now and scenes and themes seem to get repackaged churned out a quick pace. How many times can Kim Bauer get kidnapped etc etc. I remember seeing the trailer for season 7 a good while ago and being really excited when I saw Tony in it, but I think they have really botched his story up to be honest. Like season 6, the show seems to wind down towards the latter few episodes, not pick up pace, which is dissapointing.

I hope season 8 is the last one and they go hell for leather and make it special. 24 has been a big part of my TV life for the last 7 years and it deserves the best send off possible.

 Best Series Yet!

Definitely the best series they have ever made of 24! The suspense is amazing and there not afraid to kill any loveable characters off (no spoiler there :P). My only gripe is that the American Box Set is already out! Why do we have to wait another 5 months? Still..can't wait to see this in all its HD Glory!

Best season of 24 by far and even better in HD

This is without doubt the best series of 24 so far, it has kept the suprise element and the writers still have no fears of killing off cast. get ready for tense and compelling watching.
