The next installment to the very successful Ice Age franchise is here...bigger and better!
This is the best movie yet in the franchise, Scrat is just an amazing character to watch, but what makes it work in this movie is that he is up against his love riival creating a looney tunes styled fight.
Buck is a great addition to the cast as the dinosaur hunting weasel. He is not afraid of anything, he is a determined character and no other than Simon Pegg could voice him. Kids will love this character as does my younger brother and sister.
The new born mammoth Manny and Ellie are expecting is adorable, the family approach works really well with parents and children watching this film going 'awwww' as soon as they see her.
Overall this movie is a great addition to the franchise, it's great for your child's entertainment as well as the rest of the family. The effects are amazing and the characters are truely remarkable. This would make an ideal christmas gift.

This film is fab! Worth the money! Great for kid's and adults.
Maybe a little slower to get going than the others, but winds up nicely, with a great story and wonderful characters. But in my view Simon Pegg's character: Buck, steals the show. My 3 year old daughter watched this every day for 3 weeks (near enough) and to be fair I also find it easy to watch again and again. A perfect family film.
THE GANG'S ALL HERE , Manny,Sid and Deigo,Manny has a wife in this one who has a cute widdle baby during the film .once the baby is born Sid becomes all broody, he finds some(apparently abandoned)eggs in a cave,they turn out to be dinosaur eggs ,the baby dinosaurs are the cutest trio of T-rexes you will ever see and stole the show (hence my title)i the later stages of the film becomes a big advert for a computer game,that aside this film still has the wit and charm of the previous films and sees Sid getting into all sorts of trouble .SID RULES !
