Gnomeo And Juliet

Lets be real here. This is a kids film.We went to see it at the cinema, and my kids (aged 3 and 5) loved it from start to finish.
As far as they are concerned, this is better than Toy Story. We now have it on DVD, they watch it over and over, my son calls my daugther Juliet, and my daugther calls my son Gnomeo.
This is a wonderful and funny film, the soundtrack is excellent, the kids have it on CD (see my review). Good fun, great film, and in the current cllmate (given recent riots) does teach kids that violence is not the answer.

Brilliant. A superb, animated family film. It looks super, as is the voice acting and clever writing. This modern gem mixes fantastic animated gnomes to tell a version of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. With all British voice overs this film is colourful, pretty, fun, funny and a great watch.

There is basically two gardens of gnomes who hate one another. Two gnomes meet one night and fall in love. A battle then begins between the two gardens, ending in mayhem.

*G+J (Gnomeo & Juliet) is obviously as the title suggest is a retelling of the classic story. This time the feud is between 2 sets of neighboring garden gnomes, the Blues and the Reds. Considering this is a retelling of a classic story G+J is still extremely entertaining.
*G+J is a well made film. There's some great Graphics, good humour and some familiar British voiceovers. The pace of G+J is about right. There always seems to be some action to occupy the younger audience. This will also be enjoyed by children of all ages. A good film for the family.

surprisingly good, went as a group of people in our 20's and we loved it, laughed out loud.

I found this film very entertaining, fun for all ages!
