Nothing near as good as the series

I watched this because I loved the Futurama Series 1 - 5 as they were brilliant and extremely funny and diverse. like much of the stuff coming out of America recently, it has not much substance and poorly written in comparisson to watch it had obtained. Much like new southpark, not funny but definetly going to watch it cause it was once great!

 the best so far

Im a big fan of the series and hated the fact it had got cancelled after only 4 series (stupid fox). The first film kicked off this new series well with constant laughs. The second film was lacking in jokes and re-watchability. This however picks off right from where the first film left off. The jokes are constant and in good taste. You will deffinately like this one if you liked the first one, and those of you who like the good old classics will find that no favourite is left alone for a good joke.

The extra's as well make a nice companion as to how and why this was made and the constant tributes there have been to dungeons and dragons. Well worth the money but if your a 'hardcore' fan of the series then you will likely find many things wrong with this if you cant accept change.

 Best yet!

After the disappointment of 'The Beast With A Billion Backs', 'Benders Game' is a big relief that Futurama has not lost its touch! I found it funnier than the other two films and plot had a lot more depth. It was good to see old characters come back and this film also felt like the old Futurama episodes. My only downside was the length of the film, they could have cut lots of scenes from the beginning out and made the ending better, but apart from that it was a really enjoyable film. Plus the play.com art cards are great!

Good but not as good as the others.

Well im a great fan of futurama and I must say I was let down by this film, I got alot less laughs out of this one. Their are 4 feature length episodes as you may know, I would reccomend this if you have the other two because it will help the story flow better. I wouldnt reccomend this as your first experience of futurama as it will put you off it, you would be much better off getting benders big score or beast of a billion backs.
All in all it has its moments but is a bit of a let down.

It goes from bad to worse..

I thought a Beast with A Billion Backs was a new low for the franchise, I was wrong. This was dreadful. I don't know what film most of the people here have been watching but it wasn't the insult to the franchise I saw. The main plot strand has already been done to much funnier effect by both South Park & The Simpsons and it just struck me as lazy writing. As a major fan of the series it pains me to say, I'm out, won't be bothering with the next one.
