In the hit CBS drama Ghost Whisperer, Melinda Gordon (Jennifer Love Hewitt) has chilling, heart-stopping, amusing and emotional encounters with ghosts and those they haunt. At the tense intersection of the Living and the Dead, there is a mind-bending mystery that puts Melinda in lethal jeopardy - but also brings hope and miracles.

Melinda's husband Jim (David Conrad) is now a practicing physician at Grandview's haunted hospital. With the spirit world growing stronger, Melinda and Jim must find a way to balance their romance, and the challenges of the churning spirit world. Melinda comes to understand that her unique gift is a responsibility that must be honoured to help souls in need - alive or dead - find perfect closure.

 Best TV Series Ever!

I don't ever enjoy TV series normally because when you miss one you usually can never catch up without seeing them in order for example Lost or Heroes. But this series has an underlying storyline which you don't have to know to watch each different episode as there is another different story everytime. It is very emotional at times, but definately a must see. Btw it is about a woman talking to the dead so if you think the paranormal is ridiculous then this series is not for you.

 Sad finale...

I am totally gutted that GW got cancelled after this season. They so could've continued it. The network has made a BIG mistake. But at least it's gone out on a high. I love this series, I love all things supernatural and have watched GW right through all 5 seasons. The finale of this season is a bit of a tear jerker. This season moves 5 years in to the future with Jim and Melinda's child and you get to follow Aiden (their child) developing his gift and things do get a bit dark with the shinys and the shadows (watch the series to know what I'm talking about!). This is a must for all fans.

I was really dissapointed to hear that CBS had cancelled this amazing series it still had so much life left to end so early , great storyline's in this season , its slightly different to the past seasons but still manages to be an addictive show.
