The Little Mermaid: The Special Edition (2 Discs) (Disney)

These movies are rare i feel sad as disney no longer makes these wonderfull. The movie that sparked th revival of the return of the mouse kingdom, this along with alladin, beauty and the beast and lion king really defined the decade. It hates me to say it but Disney seems to have lost the magic, at this price its stealing buy it before it goes back into the vault.

Brilliant and one of Disney's best, never tire of watching this and singing along to the music, will capture your heart again and again. The little Mermaid 2 is also a must have for any true disney fan :)

This is one of Disney's best movies of all time.
Not only is the animation amazing, but the songs are some of Disney's finest.
Ariel's friends Flounder the fish and Sebastian the crab, help her as she trades in her beautiful voice to Ursula, the sea witch, for legs so she can be with Prince Eric, whom she loves.
Of course, not all goes to plan. Ursula uses Ariel's voice to trick Price Eric into believing he loves her, not Ariel.

This is a remastered version. The colour is great and so is the sound.

This 2 disk version is packed with extras, i haven't managed to watch them all myself yet!
Well worth buying.

This film is brilliant, one of the greatest disney films ever made, this film will last for years to come.

Hans Christian Anderson would be proud of this magical transformation onto celluloid of one of Disney's finest animation tales.....Ariel wants to see what goes on above sea level against her father's (King Tritan) wishes....she does a deal with Ursula the Sea Witch that could mean the end for her whole underworld kingdom despite being guided by her two underwater friends Sebastion her reggae singing crab friend and Flounder her devoted fish sidekick.....This 2 disc special edition is a real improvement on the older grainy 1 disc version as the colours are cleaner and brighter....On the Audio the sound is improved with Disney's new enhanced mix which surrounds the room on any home cinema surround set-up with great bass depth and clarity....Listen to the hit songs "Under The Sea" and "Kiss the Girl" with a more cinema like surround.....The extra's are many but one of the most touching is the animated short of "The Little Match Girl" this is a real winner.....You will not be disappointed by this fantastic 2 disc Special Edition as it is come very Highly Recommended....enjoy!
