As 6-year-old Andy's favourite toy, Woody (Tom Hanks), a take-charge, pull-string cowboy, is confident in his role as room leader. But after Andy's birthday party, newcomer Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen), a flashy space ranger with laser action and pop-out wings, crash-lands into Woody's world.

Buzz instantly wins the admiration of Andy's other toys, igniting a rivalry that lands the duo inside the home of Sid - the toy-torturing boy next door. To escape Sid's evil plans, Woody and Buzz must work together and realize they've got the perfect friend: in each other!

     Pixar's best creation!

Undoubtedly, Pixar are the kings of all animation films. They are all incredibly impressive. But the best, funniest, and start of it all, was Toy Story.

Everything about makes it one of the most lovable and easy to watch films ever, and in no way at all is it just for kids. The characters, the script, the plot, the visuals, superb!

After all these years it remains the best Animation film ever, even better than Shrek (still amazing though)!

As far as Animation goes... 10/10

Pixar have got a pretty much faultless reputation when it comes to animation films and this is an example of their finest work. I can't believe this film was released 13 years ago! You certainly wont be able to tell the films age by its quality as the animation is crystal clear.

However the characters and the story are without a doubt the strongest part of this film. You really get involved with the story and start to believe that these toys actually exist!!

This is my favourite animation film of all time and showcases what this kind of film is all about. A little bit of something for everyone.

I love this film! I grew up watching it and it's my favourite pixar of all time (Ratatouille is second!). It's so unique and if you haven't seen this film, where have you been for all of this time?
This is a great family film. Great for both the adults and the kids.

One of the first in a long line of CG films but to this day its still one of the best. Great voice talent and some great humor in there for adults as well as kids.
