Oliver And Company: Special Edition

This was and still is my alltime favourite Disney movie. While all my friends liked Cinderella and Snow White, I was watching Oliver and Company. It's a wonderful take on Oliver Twist, as children can relate to it as it is Oliver Twist in the terms of animals and in Disney format so they can understand the story. I will never stop loving this movie, it is legendary and in my opinion is a huge triumph for Disney. Bravo!

I have this on video, I used to watch it all the time when I was little.
It's just as good as Jungle Book & Lion King when it comes to the music.

Basically, it is about a kitten trying to make it in the city of New York. He gets in with a crowd of street-wise dogs and their master who doesn't live a comforted life.
Then he meets Jenny, a little rich girl and then things start to change..

It's just a really sweet movie. I am definately going to buy this.
You'll find that the songs are very catchy and can stay in your head all week.

I'd highly recommend. It's also came out on Special Edition, which surely means something? Disney usually only bring out the 'Classics' on Special Edition DVD.

Bought, along with many other Disney titles, for my daughter for Xmas! 'Oliver and Company' was always a classic and she'll love this one as part of her collection, having only having it on VHS years ago :)

Really love this film, used to watch it all the time when i was little. When i saw that it was selling again i just had to buy it!
Amazing story line, sad but really funny too. And the songs are very catchy, love them.
