Discover an amazing blend of filmmaking technology and brilliant storytelling that only Disney could bring to you. Dinosaur is the remarkable, action-packed story of dinosaurs who must face the challenge of their lives. Along the way, they learn that with courage, hope and loyalty, they can triumph over the greatest of obstacles.

Journey back in time 65 million years, when dinosaurs roamed the earth, and meet Aladar, an iguanadon accidentally separated from his own species while still inside the egg. Luckily he hatches into the loving care of a clan of lemurs, including the wisecracking Zini and the compassionate Plio. But, when a devastating meteor shower strikes the earth, their home is destroyed, and Aladar and his new family must join a group of dinosaurs on a treacherous journey to the safety of the nesting grounds.

A special effects phenomenon, Dinosaur blends live-action photography and computer-generated animation in a jaw-dropping, thrilling story that the whole family will love.

Fabulous film, my 3 year old little boy, is dinosaur obsessed, and he just loves this film. A great film for all the family too, we love it.
I was amazed at how he sat watching the whole way through the film, and still watches it again and again.

As a movie, this film is OK. Not great, nor bad, just good. The movie follows pretty much the same as the land before time movies and most other disney formulaic movies. A catasrophic event (A spectacular visual feast of a comet crashing into Earth) followed by nasty meat eating dinosaurs after the friendly dinosaurs, a herd in reach of the breeding grounds. all good, but not as touching nor funny or involving as the likes of Ice Age or The lion King. Pherhaos this is due in part to the hyper real dinasour's - They just aren't cute.

So not a classic. But the blend of live action back drops and CGI (Computer generated Imagery) Dinasours is inspired and very realistic.

Infact, the movie is stunning in terms of animation its jst the story and character development that is a bit poor.

Still, my family and I enjoyed it. A good movie, if you can, get the Blu-Ray, it is stunning

 Jaw-dropping animation.

Was pleasantly surprised with this movie. The animation is brilliant. It is a movie about morales, so it is perfect for kids. Kids would love this movie. Has a story very similar to Land Before Time but the movie looks so much better. The emotion created in The Land Before Time better though.
