A Fantastic film with with a comedian and a martial arts master. A great Cop film with plently of humor!

 Well worth watching!

The film took a little bit of time to get started and the initial first meeting between Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker wasn't to my taste, but as soon as things got going and the chemistry between Tucker and Chan kicked in the film got better and better. Some of the fight sequenses are very well thought out (and played out by Chan) and Tucker brings the lighter funner side to things (which works well in combination).

 Lethal Weapon 5?...

This first installment to the comedy/ action series really takes a lot from the far superior 'Lethal Weapon' series that ended four years before this very good rip-off was released. While lowering the violence associated with the Gibson/ Glover productions, this film replaces it with some very clever martial arts sequences from the martial arts master, Jackie Chan. Not a bad storyline, but it does get repetitive.

 Good. Could be better.

Good laughs. Good fights. No originality, but that's not what you want from a film like this, you want to be entertained. Although it does that, it could do it a lot more. Overall a good film, if you like it I'd definatly recommend Shanghai Noon / Nights, and some of Jackie's earlier pictures (Mr Nice Guy / Rumble in the Bronx).

Top 100 DVD Reviewer

CHRIS TUCKER and JACKIE CHAN form a mis matched couple of cops in an buddy, buddy movie with a difference. Chris's comedy talents are put through good use that simply compliment Jackie's electrifing acrobatic stunts. The two combined compliment each other, and they feed off of each other within there scenes together.out-takes at the end are brilliant!!
