Ben Affleck is Matt Murdock, a.k.a Daredevil. As a young boy he lost his sight in a chemical accident, which left him with his other senses superhumanly enhanced (and some incredible acrobatic skills). Flash forward and Matt is working by day as a pro bono lawyer (with partner Jon Favreau) and by night as a righteous avenger. The plot sees New York supercriminal Kingpin (Michael Clarke Duncan) calling on Irish assassin Bullseye (Colin Farrell) to take care of some business involving the father of Jennifer Garner's Elektra (with whom Matt falls head over heels in love). Daredevil is a shadowy comic book fantasy that provides plenty of fast-paced, high-kicking action.

 BOOO!!

To say that this a fully justified review would only be half right as I only manage to watch the first half of the movie, at which point I had to turn it off as the movie was sooooo appalling. The movie sucked on so many levels. The fighting was like it was choreographed by a 5 year old, and it stars Ben Affleck, so needless to say the acting in this film is also terrible.

 Total rubbish!

What can I say about this film!
Well I went to watch this at the cinema after it had been out only a few days, now I thought it would be busy but we ended up in the smallest screen in the place and there were only 8 of us in there. After only 25mins 2 people walked out it was that poor, after another 10mins 2 more people walked out and everyone else was talking and not even paying attention to the film, now I stayed till the end but that was only because I was with my sister who was heavily pregnant at the time and she wanted to rest her feet. I seriously tried to watch the film but I have to say it is probably the worst film I have ever, ever seen and I wouldn't accept a copy of this film if it was free!

 Simply fun to watch

Despite some of the bad reviews about this film, I thought it to be quite entertaining. Don't forget that it is based on a comic book hero and we all know such things are not real to life. Don't take this film seriously and you will enjoy it.

But still a good and entertaining movie, the good one(s) fighting the bad ones, a touch of romance reminding of the first batman movie, a typical outfit and dito gadgets... But missing the big action and wits of batman. to be honest: after a disappointing first watch, it's better when you watch it the second time
