WWE: Royal Rumble 2003

Fantastic royal rumble, the rumble match was so so good, really entertaining, the best royal rumble match i have seen in years.
this is a must have for any fan of collecting WWE dvd's

I would rate this Pay Per View as five but the rest of the card is not great, Steiner vs Triple H is a snore fest, the Rumble match itself is not one of the better ones, Torrie Wilson vs Dawn Marie may be the worst match of 2003, Dudleys vs Regal/Storm is nothing special, same goes for Show vs Lesnar but Angle vs Benoit is what makes me rate this as a four, these two put on a wrestling clinic, these days Angle is not that great but if you want to watch this guy in his prime then you need this Pay Per View, Benoit also one of the best wrestlers ever, such a great match that should have been given a bigger stage, not a rubbish Pay Per View, not great either but deffinatly remembered for Angle vs Benoit

This ppv really is a mix of good and bad. Some of the matches on here are pretty bad. Scott Steiner vs Triple H was pretty bad, Dawn Marie vs Torrie Wilson was appaling and Big Show vs Brock Lesnar was very short which all their matches seem to be while the dudley boyz vs Regal and Storm is average.

On the other hand you have one of the best matches of the year in my opinion with Kurt Angle facing the Late Chris Benoit. This match really is an excellent match and was amiles better than the other championship match. The royal rumble as ever was very exciting although it was always obvious who was going to win

So on the whole i would say very average ppv but worth the money and i have seen alot worse than this

Dudley Boyz match was quite enjoyable. Dawn Marie vs Torrie was rubbish. Triple H vs Scott Steiner was ok but not that good. Kurt Angle vs Chris Benoit was amazin and the Royal Rumble match was very good. Brock Lesnar vs Big Show was too short
