Step Up: The Official Dance Workout

I have to be honest i've never watched Step Up or any of the follow ups though i hear the are very good, but i'm really into dancing, also i'm very sceptical about most workout dvds. but i decided to give this one ago and i found yes when i first started using it was quite diffcult to follow and you may just start to sweat at the warm up, but once you give it a try and you do it again you find that its easier to follow and a very good workout , i pretty much love this

At last I've found a Street Dance dvd I like...bought a few already...nothing I really liked....I've seen all the movies, and this dvd actually make u feel like you part of the dance group practise there next dance routines...Sum great dance moves....with a fantastic soundtrack....I 1st thought, will I ever be able to pick up those moves...but after u try a few times..u realize it's not as difficult as it seems - but you definately have to stay focused... u can practise each routine as many times as you like and in the speed you choose..."the walkthru - steps 1 & 2 or 3 & 4 - combined steps - or the dance out"... U can also create a list of the routines u want to do.... I would say that the Warm Up already made you sweat....this is definately a very very good Dance Workout....they make you sweat it out for sure...I don't think it's for Beginners though... but if they want to give it a go...why not..practise makes perfect....!!!!

the dvd is a great workout! i was sweating just doing the warm up! the moves are hard to do. but im sure once i give it a few more tries it will become easier. it def a challenge for some one that doesn't dance. this dvd is better at actually teaching you cool dance moves rather than with other dvds that just teach you how to jump around and shake your bum!! i gave it 3 stars because i dont feel they repeat the steps enough before the final performance. but if you are good at dancing and pick up steps easy then you will love it!!
