Great Dance Workout for sure...Ashley is cool & has done a great job...and so has the rest of the crew....U can see he's been training people for a while because he's good at it...Workout has got 3 routines that u can either practise on Easy or Hard....He take u through it step by step and let u practise it from the beginning everytime he adds a step...then when u ready u can do it faster....Dvd 2, has got a routine they've done on there Tour...and he teach u how to do it...Got sum Funky music with a great studio...I was only going through the routines slowly and already started to sweat...I can just imagine doing it in fast speed... u definately is going to feel it - but at the same time, it's a lot of fun...so Well Done to Diversity...did a great job....hope to see more in the future...!!!

I get that it has got easy and hard and don't get me wrong i think that this DVD is brilliant however, i think you need to be able to dance well to be good and feel comfortable doing it....I love Diversity and was so excited to get this DVD however i think that it may need to be broken down a little better. I am a dancer and i still find it quite difficult to keep up with learning the routine...However Brilliant and i'm going to be amazing at this when im done :D well done lads :D

Ok so i love Diversity and i love streetdance so this is perfect. I used to do this for an hour each day and i was so knackered. It's crazy. The routines are really cool and you're working every part of your body...yes its challenging but i like a challenge...and it gets u workin hard. If you are reasonably physically fit you should definately try it. If ur not though, i wouldn't recommend it cause it could give u a heart attack...although i did it pretty hardcore lol

Really hard to begin with, but the more you do it, the easier it gets. You definitely use muscles you never knew you had! And it doesn't take long before you start to sweat! Overall a fab product!
