exellent dvd been three day since i watched still no fags 1 or two cravings but the dvd helps i will continue im now a non smoker saved 10.00 so far
As a smoker of twenty seven years I really wanted to give up but had no will power
after watching this dvd I have not smoked for two years, not one single fag
yes you get the intense cravings, but they only last for seconds, not for agonising minutes or hours
I've been a heavy smoker for about ten years, never going a day without my fix. 5days after watching this dvd and i'm still not smoking, havent had any cravings and feeling very positive about never smoking again. Buy this dvd, its not even the price of two packets of cigarettes, Allen Carr's method really does work.
I only watched this dvd last night, but I have to say I'm very impressed. Between watching the DVD and as I am writing this, I have managed to miss 7 cigarettes!! I used to smoke a minimum of 15 a day. I am so proud of myself.
One thing I will say though is that you must be ready to quit. You need to be in the right frame of mind when you watch the dvd. I was a heavier smoker than my boyfriend but eager to kick the habbit. He didn't feel that it made any difference and he will continue to smoke until he is ready to stop.
Anyone who is desperate to quit and is willing to watch the dvd with an open mind I say go for it! It costs less than 2 packets of cigarettes and will save you so much money in the long run!
