By far the best elimination chamber match

This is a really good pay per view. The main event is an absolute classic and the other matches are good too. Remember muhammad hassan, he was a great character. He has a good match with jerry lawler. Kane vs snitsky was actually good too. Early matches are good too but they are plagued with injuries like eugene gets injured and so does lita. The main event however is awesome. It features all the best wwe stars of the last decade like batista, randy orton, hbk, chris benoit and edge. Worth the money for the main event

A must buy for all WWE fans

New Years Revolution 2005 was a good ppv to start the year off it was interesting all most every match is good to watch.

Tag Team Titles: Eugene & William Regal vs. Tyson Tomko & Christian
This was a good title match gave us quite a bit Eugene gets injured during the match but still is good to pick up the win. 6/10

Women's Title: Lita vs. Trish Stratus
2 of the best divas i have seen in WWE Trish Stratus then was playing heel at Survivor Series 2004 Lita broke Trish's nose. At this ppv Lita gets injured in her leg but Trish takes the advantage of that and wins with a Chick Kick. 7/10

Muhammand Hassan vs. Jerry "The King" Lawler
Not a good match really it has no commentry because Jim Ross goes to ringside with Jerry. We all knew Hassan was going to win anyway. 4/10

Intercontential Title: Shelton Benjamin vs. Maven
Worst on the whole event all Maven does is says how good he is Shelton beats him right away. 2/10 i cant even call this a match Maven made it bad not Shelton.

Gene Snitsky Vs. Kane
After Gene jumped on Kane's neck from a chair causing blood coming out of Kane's mouth that happend at Tabbo Tuesday 2004. Kane is back on ppv at new years revolution this was a good fight kane picks up the win with a tomb stone piledriver. 7/10

6 man Elimination Chamber for the Heavyweight Title: Chris Benoit vs. Chris Jericho vs. Batista vs. Edge vs. HHH vs. Randy Orton
Special Referee: Shawn Michaels
This is match of the night the reason you sould have this DVD is for this match. I found it annoying how Shawn Michaels costs Edge at the title shouldnt of happend. One of my favorite parts is benoit doing a flying headbutt from the top of the cell classic moment. The story building up to Triple H and Batista really comes out during the match as batista gets knocked out of the match with a RKO from Randy Orton Triple H could of broke the pin put pretends to be out of the match. Batista goes to attack Orton leaving Triple H to get the pedgiree for the win.

Overall there is some weak matches it happends in all PPV's still this one is worth watching has some good matches overall.

Whole event gets a 9/10 its one worth having on DVD

Start 2005 off with a Revolution

Top 100 Gadgets Reviewer

In what is an Angelic Paradise Island, the WWE Superstars left their mark that will not soon be forgotten. San Juan, Puerto Rico saw the actions that took place and definitely saw a Revolution start.

Most Exciting Match: The Elimination Chamber Match.

Most Boring Match: The Intercontinental Championship; having to listen to Maven complain about the fans just took the fun out of that match.

Stage: Very good; as they were out at a tropical paradise; use palm trees under the stage to emphasise the theme and location of the event.

Overall Thoughts: New Year's Revolution was a fine edition to Raw Brand PPV's and a great way to start off the 2005 Pay Per View year.
