For me the WWF Attitude era was the best it ever had, and this PPV seems to epitomize it unlike any other I have seen since.
Every match is good, with a couple of (now) legendary one's on the card, it is hard to beat.
KURT ANGLE vs TAZ
Kurt was pretty fresh in WWE at this point, and had this controversial opener against ECW's Taz (making his WWE debut)
HARDY BOYZ vs DUDLEY BOYZ - 1'st Ever Tag Team Tables Match
This match is just barmy, some really stiff chair spots and some really dangerous falls. I am yet to see a better Tag tables match.
CHRIS JERICHO vs CHYNA vs HARDCORE HOLLY - IC TITLE
All are on top form here and some solid and inventive set pieces carry a brisk title match
NEW AGE OUTLAWS vs ACOLYTES - Tag Team Title Match
Good build up and pretty quick match, worth a watch.
TRIPLE H vs CACTUS JACK - Street Fight for WWE Championship
This is my favourite street fight (No DQ etc...) of all time!
Excellent build up and psychology, Triple H's most brutal match to date. Chairs, Handcuffs, wooden pallets, barbed wire, steps, tables and an extremely vicious use of Thumbtacks were used.
This is as shocking as the Hell in a Cell of '98 and one of Mick's best ever matches.
2000 ROYAL RUMBLE MATCH
Also one of my favourite royal rumbles, everyone put effort in and it produced a very entertaining battle.
Featuring Kane, British Bulldog, Edge, Christian etc... and a classic entry between The Rock and The Big Show.
All in all, a must own for anybody who likes WWE Attitude style. Though I would recommend getting the value pack that is coupled with ROYAL RUMBLE 1999 (Also very good) Tagged Classics, you get more for your money that way.
