As a cycling enthusiast I was sceptical about this documentary as Bjarne Riis has just put his hands up to being involved in doping during his career and in particular during the Tour De France that he won.
You can see how much this guys wants to win and how he motivates the athletes he works with. The filmography is top rate and the soundtrack is pretty good too.
"Pressing play" with an open mind however I quickly became intrigued as to what motivates this guy.
The film takes you through the ups and downs of the training and lifestyle of a pro cyclist and delves even deeper into the private lives of the stars.
I've watched numerous similar documentaries and this one ranks highly amongst them.
Well worth the effort if you get the chance.
