Billy Blanks: Tae Bo Volume 1: The Future Of Fitness

A very energetic motivating exercise DVD; the moves appear complicated but the demonstration section of the DVD does break them down for you.
As far as the benfits of the Tae Bo exercises go within 1 week I could see some changes to my figure within 2 the changes were obvious to others. Also I feel physically fitter!!!!!

This workout is great as it is not too long, so is easy to fit into a hectic lifestyle. It keeps your energy levels high and is fun to do. I think everyone should try it :o)

i've tried many different ways to lose weight and nothing ever seemed to work. This dvd is fantastic its not that difficult to follow anyone could do it. I lost 2 and a half stone in a few months.

I bought this dvd and at first it was really hard to do, but after using it over and over again I finally have the routine down and know the next move. The counting was annoying at first but I found that it was actually helpful because during certain moves I don't have my eyes on the TV so can't see what they are doing or how fast they are going, the counting is needed in my opinion.
There is music but it's not very loud because of all the counting and the instructions, I suggest watching the dvd, use it a few times on a daily basis and then once you have mastered the routine play your music loud in the background. The workout is 30 minutes long and this is the perfect time because it's high intensity without a break, there is a quick warm up and quick cool down. The cool down is the only part I don't like, just because I find it useless so will stretch my own way afterwards.

Being fairly new to exercise again after having two children (2 and 6mths) I found this dvd really hard going but a great invigorating workout. Am going to invest in some more of his dvds! :)
