Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack

This dvd has two levels 35 mins each and is very tough!! This is made up of set challenging exercises. What I love about this dvd compared to other dvds is that there is no silly grapevine and dance moves - so you dont get lost and lose motivation halfway through!! Jillian is brilliant and I would say is the new Davina!! I have cleared out my old dvds to make way for the new!!

I have done this 3 times now and it is brilliant. I rotate with Jillians "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" workout. And after one week i am seeinig a big difference.. My hips have shrunk, my legs are getting a good shape, my back has toned and i can see a difference in my stomach. I have a big collection of workout dvd's and i must say Jillians are the best for me. You get a good all over workout and sweat loads. Top class for me..

when I started with this DVD I was pretty out of shape, was hardly managing all those excercises, sweating and cursing but she is a good motivator so somehow I managed to stick to it. It is really tough but I can admit, the results come fast! It coveres all the body and upper tummy muscles, it is intense but in the end u have greta feeling.I believe if I have done it more regularly,the promised HUGE DIFFERENCE would come soon. Great buy

This DVD is amazing - my stomach feels flatter and I've only done the first work out about 5 times (and I can't even do all the exercises properly)
She gets a bit American at the end but it's worth it !

I have only had this dvd a week and im already seeing changes in my jelly belly lol im not big anyway but since having 2 kids and hitting my 30s i needed to tone up. This dvd is hard work but i love the fact its only 35 mins long u will be sweating by the end of it but it works, like the above comment i hate grapevine dvds and jillian dosent have any of that sillyness just hard work 4 35 mins then ur done. ive just bought 30 day shred cuz i love this 1 but have to get through the next 5 weeks yet lol.
