Whether or not you are a Manchester United fan this film provides a truly heart breaking yet thrilling story of the beautifully famous Busby babes. If you are a lover of football from any corner of the earth this film is for you! the story line is very heart felt and doesn't forget to show you the brilliance of the busby babes previous to their tragic deaths, and how after the tragedy Sir Bobby Charlton continued to play on and became one of the best footballers England and the UK have ever produced. Everyone may have herd of the Busby Babes... but until you have watched this film you may not appreciate them for what they were... remarkable and true hero's in the sporting world.

One of the great footballing tragedies, one of the ones which shocked the entire world of football. At a time before footballers were celebrities, this event would change everything and make the entire country pull together.
The story is well written, it gives you a good build up to the crash, the crash itself and aftermath from it all. The story has depth to it, you get to know the characters you care about them and you feel the emotion.
Factually there's some discrepancies, quite a few of the accents aren't authentic, perhaps its not 100% correct in all aspects but it gives you the important things which you need to know.
Acting wise theres not a weak one in the bunch, a cast of TV actors and some unknown steal the show, great performances throughout.
Truly this is a wonderful piece of cinema, almost a shame it was only a TV movie, it deserve a place on the big screen. The story hits in your heart and in your stomach, you'll be at the brink of tears at numerous parts throughout the film.

Overall: Forget about the colours on the shirts and just think about what these boys had to go through, and how it'd shake your world. Brilliant movie from the outset, one of the best Football movies made.
