Another amazing film that tells of life in the Old West, in the town of Tombstone. Costner (Wyatt Earp) who plays a brilliant role and the All star cast make this an action packed film you will watch again and again. It is just over 3 hours long and in that time you are drawn to imagine what life was really like and how hard it must have been to survive. This is one of my favourites and a must have for any western collection! Nice one Play another great deal!
The 90's holywood golden boy, directing, producing, acting, they loved him. Wyatt earp takes kevin costner back to the wild west following on from his successful dances with wolves. Wyatt earp was written and directed by "raiders of the lost ark" lawrence kasden and was oscar nominated for cinematography. You can see why the film is stunning and there is a lot more to wyatt than the gunfight at the ok coral. It's a good job as the film is 3 hours long. Kevin as wyatt does a good job and you get under the skin of the "hero". Life shaped by tragedy producing a vicious force of hate. Recommended viewing and an absolute bargain at £5.
Now i did really enjoy this film, however did seam to be a little long winded for no apparent reason. Prob the best out of this and Tombstone, how ever i did prefer the cast in tombstone, other than Kevin.
What was refreshingly good about this story of the iconic lawman, was how you see him come from innocence and the lose it to the harshness of the old west. Very good
