The Doctor has only just regenerated in to his 10th body (played by David Tennent) but that does not stop his saving the world again on christmas day. taking Rose to New New York on New Earth in the far future after old Earth is gone into dust, Meeting Sarah Jane Smith in school while taking on evil aliens who are using children to break a big code and then ---- Cybermen. Not our universe ones but due to the Doctor's Timeship The Tardis falling though a crack in time and landing in another London in another world where the cybermen are taking men and women to become like them including Rose's could have been mum if she had been born and her still alive dad.
Mickey become a hero this series, The Doctor Meets the some thing that could be the Devil/The Beast/Lucifer and Darlek's and Cybermen come face to face at the end of the series and O is it a face off to remember.
David's First series is great and a sign of things to come.
David Tennant is brilliant, as is Billie Piper, they both certainly suit their roles, and clearly, without doubt, this is the best series of Doctor Who

When Tennant took over from Ecclestone he had some big shoes to fill - After the dissappointing "Christmas Invasion" (why is it that all of the xmas special seem to be a let down?) the Tenth Doctor has some classic episodes with "The Girl In The Fireplace" being the highlight of the second series.
"Fear Her" was not one on the best and "Love and Monsters" is simply terrible.
