The opposite of funny. No laughs. Comedy free zone...er, that's it.
Despite have the same director as airplane and naked gun and a good casts this really does not work over here as the whole of the film is about trying to poke fun at American politics and failing. It may work better as a 30 minute episode in a second rate US tv series but not as a 1 hour 20 film.
