As a fan of horror/comedy horror movies, I thought this might be a cross between Shaun of the Dead and Dog Soldiers. Well it wasn't. What it is though is a complete waste of 90 minutes of my life. There are a couple of funny lines in it but you'd want to be seriously drunk to even half enjoy this movie. Can't understand why anyone would give it more than 2 stars (which would be generous). Wish Play operated a money back if you're not happy guarantee scheme :(

My first review felt had to reply to negative feed back comedy horror at it's best. Up there with killer klowns and Bad Taste....One for the lads on a sat night few beers and away you go.

Definately not the best Zombie movie... I thought Shaun of the Dead was pants but this has more bad language, less laughs & the acting is raw. I'd suggest renting if you really want to see it then you won't need to give it shelf space in your home.

Lads weekend away gone wrong. Thats all it is, and its fab for it!
If you take your films seriously, and require a bit of depth to your movie, dont bother. However if your a lad at heart and enjoy getting away with your mates, you will laugh from start to finnish.

Dreadful, unfunny rubbish - wish I'd listened to Fozzy 13!!

This is the first review I've ever written but after watching this dreadful film I just had to. It didn't make me or the other people I watched this with laugh once. The trailer showed the only slightly funny parts. Wish I'd listened to Fozzy13 and saved my money.

  A VERY FUNNY COMEDY HORROR

I have the director's previous 2 films, RAZOR BLADE SMILE and EVIL ALIENS, both are great, but DOGHOUSE is a very funny comedy horror. Danny Dyer, acting his usual persona, is very good and describes the murderous women as 'zombirds'.
Full of funny one liners and overall funny and gory.
Highly recommended.
One more thing, unfortunately for film geeks like myself, there is no audio commentary on the dvd though advertised. Maybe the distributors changed minds who knows? Shame.
