How can you not love it?

How can you not love this film - for a start Jim Dale is brilliant as always and secondly it has giant fruit, veg and a giant dog! I loved this film as a kid and to be honest I believed it was a real giant dog - but that's what a film like this is about, to fuel children's imagination and it did just that and now I'm older I still appreciate it although I dont believe Digby is a giant anymore - it's a beautiful film about a boy and his dog basically.. from silly Digby drinking a formula to make giant plants to a giant rampaging dulux dog being chased by the army (as usual) to the wonderful ending............
