Come on. this is brilliant. Boba Fett and Luke rock in this film.

Its the best film in the saga and you will watch it again and again. Includes the orignal version too

What a fantastic sequel. George Lucas not only topped A New Hope with this film but went even better & darker than the original Star Wars. Great to see the film in it's original format & seeing the introduction of some of the greatest characters in the Star Wars universe: Yoda, Lando Calrissian, Boba Fett etc. & who can forget the Luke's climatic scenes with Darth Vader & the greatest ever twist in movie history.......before the prequels came along & spoiled it. One of the greatest films ever made. Buy it, you will.

Awsome 2nd part to the Star wars trilogy,alot darker,But more character development,Sexual tension between Han and Leiah,Darth giving Luke news that would fit well on a Jeremy kyle show,"Noooooooo!!!!!!,,"Brilliant AT-AT"Attack,A Cool cave monster,Brilliant Yoda segment,& a mind boggling Bargain at £4.99.

This is by far the greatest of all the Star Wars movies. The Characters are alot better written, the acting better. And the darker tone of the film is very welcome. This time the Empire have a greater menace, and not just a bunch of bad guys in a flying ball. The film works on every level, and the ending leaves you craving more. But for me the iceing on the cake is the Added music score of the Emperial March, the sound of that music pounding out of my speakers is pure goosebump time ! This has to be composer John Williams greatest creation. If you have to buy one Star Wars movie, buy this. A masterclass in SCI-FI escapism !

Another of my favourites as a child this 2dvd Limited Edition containing both the 1980 and updated versions of the film, is also joinig my growing collection!
A brilliant sci-fi story with loads of effects and spaced out action will mean you watch this more than once. A bargain price of just £4.99 means value for your money so grab your copy and Use the Force!!
Nice one Play!

I don't like the updates. In fact I'm not alone. Having Greedo shoot first has to go down in history as one of the biggest goofs in re-editing. It totally changed the original impression of Han, being something of a dangerous character, to being just a nice guy doing a dodgy job. It changed the dynamic of the film, for the worse.

But I see the original is now in this set. I'm still not going to buy it. I think George Lucas has been flogging this dead horse for far too long. You want to watch a good Lucas film? Go rent American Graffiti.

This was the second film made and fifth in the series,here we see The excellent battle on the ice planet of Hoth,the firepower of the AT-AT's is awesome!!!

We see Luke go to Dagobah to train under Master Yoda and here he learns his fear of the dark side.

We also see Bobba Fett as a man and bounty hunter capturing Han for his bounty to Jabba The Hutt.

The Ice Planet battle excepted i feel this is the weakest of the series,it has neither the excitement of the iv or vi episodes and no real special effects/battles of the first 3 episodes,nevertheless it is a good film and a bargain at £5 for this two disc set.
