The movie started off giving me the impression I had an OK action movie to look forward to, but it didn't turn out that way. Emilio Estevez and Richard Dreyfuss do allright as humorous cops, but Rosie O'Donnell and her dog make sure to ruin the good impression. The plot makes little sense and the script isn't all that. Probably a good movie if you're under a certain age or have some info about the characters from the prequel, but as a standalone film it doesn't cut it. I had unfortunately not seen the prequel before this one, wish I had as it apparently is a lot better. Again; this is probably an okay movie for people below the age of 16.
