The effects are awful and look so fake. The actors look embarrassed as they stand in front of cheap looking green screens.Edward Burns is an awkward leading man in an action movie while Oscar winner Ben Kingsley is completely wasted in a silly supporting role.Peter Hyams (Timecop) has no idea how to build tension into his action scenes. Amazingly this movie had a very decent sized budget but Hyams has clearly wasted that budget with badly filmed and cheap looking action scenes. Its not all Hyams fault though as the production company went bust and this movie was delayed in post-production for a year. This probably explains why it looks so cheap and nasty.
