very, very good film. A slight twist to the end but an outstanding and touching storyline. I actually found the two young girs in this played it brilliantly. a must see!

 Emotional and Powerful

This film is not for the light hearted and will most likely have you in tears (or it did for me). This film is more for the female viewer but is acceptable for the male viewer too. It has been put together exceptionally well and really makes a point about families being together in hard times. Well worth a watch, it will blow you away

This film pulls tugs at the heart strings, and is greatly acted by all the cast. To the reviewers who are putting down because of the book, I'd just like to say that most films made based on books usually don't live up to them, but you're here to review the movie, not the book. Worth a watch.

When it comes to sad films, I'm always the one who ends up in tears! Yet, after being persuaded to watch this, i didn't feel emotional at all and felt the film didn't convey any emotion properly of how these people felt. Wouldn't recommend.

 no-no

if you have read and enjoyed this book the film is a no-no, no real sense of emotion, missed out rather important parts & the ending is such a dissappointment

If you loved the book DO NOT WATCH THIS FILM.

I loved the booked and was wary of seeing a film based on it. I was so disappointed I wanted to throw the DVD at the wall! The heart of the film was lost and the ending had been completely changed so as to ruin the entire film.

it was sad but the best film ever!!!!!

Im a huge fan of Jodi Picoult books and my sisters keeper is the first book of hers that i read. I love the book and cried through most of it and when the film came out i had to watch it. The film did'nt dissapoint. Really good acting and followed the book really well. A must see movie.
