Henry is a middle-class efficiency expert living a humdrum life in the suburbs with his wife, kids, dog, and a minivan. Edward is an operative who speaks 13 languages, runs a four-minute mile, and is trained to kill. The one thing Henry and Edward have in common is they share the same body. 5 Fantastic show!

I love this show, and only found out it had been cancelled when my Sky Plus didn't have the next week on it... gutted. However, this is still worth buying as the episodes are brilliantly written and acted, and it's fantastic to see Christian Slater at his wonderful best again. It might also be worth pointing out that Taylor Lautner (Jacob in Twilight) plays Henry's son! How on earth did this get cancelled?! First Firefly, now this. Not fair.

great show only just finished watching it and a little annoyed to find they canceled it as then ending was a cliff hanger but did really enjoy and found very interesting

There are a few things in life that are a given the sun will rise and fall and the us networks will always cancel good shows before they can fulfill there protental. Same goes with My Own Worst Nightmare, a spy show with a twist. Christian Slater is an excellant star in this show, so if you are new to this show give it a go. I would give it more stars but I believe there ae no extras on this dvd
