This is a very interesting movie because it starts out as a typical love story, except of course that our beautiful leading lady is blind. You have the classic cad who is able to recite poetry (which loses a little in translation) and the story follows their course through that wonderful part of a relationship where the witty banter goes back and forth.

Suddenly however the movie takes an angle and becomes some sort of James Bond/24 with India's Intelligence services and plot twists. If anything this makes the movie very interesting. The music is very good, but he songs lack real substance and are not particularly memorable. What is very good though is the orchestral score behind the acting and there are some wonderful and beautiful moments. The ending is surprising, but only adds to a very unique and interesting movie-watching experience. The movie only gets 4 stars because the 'songs' let it down. The music is good, but for five stars it would need to be excellent.

You can view this movie in different ways depending on your opinions about the leading pair. IF you are a big fan both Aamir and Kajol then it's great to see them on screen together. They have both done abrilliant job. The music is also very good..however, the script suffers due to unrealistic circumstances and is plain ordinary, it also drags on. The climax is a complete surprise and maybe the most memorable part of the movie. Overall good for the collection for its music and star cast but the film is plain average!
