In October 2002 Lee Evans had the privilege of being the first comedian to perform solo at London's Wembley Arena. The two nights at the Arena ended an impressive 113 date national tour during 2002. Lee performed in front of a sell out crowd of 10,000 on both nights, the biggest ever live one-man comedy show in the UK.
This DVD/VHS captures the emotion from this momentous occasion with two hours of energetic comedy and witty observations, concluding with a show-stopping finale featuring the City of London Choir. Accompanying this fantastic live show is a specially filmed behind the scenes programme at the Arena plus an impromptu encore of Lee's award-winning version of Bohemian Rhapsody.
"There is no one like Lee Evans, a genuine people's champ ... Every gig is special". Evening Standard
"The country's biggest-ever solo comedy gig ... A performer whose generosity of spirit is instrumental to his now spectacular success."The Guardian
