Without a doubt the best film ever. I have watched this film so many times since it was released I have lost count (yes I am old enough()
It really does have everything and is far better than the ones they trundle out today. Roll out the next 30 years and lets keep rockin
What a fantastic film. Hard to believe this is 30 yrs old & it still seems fresh & new. A film that wll appeal to men & women, boys & girls, young & old. It has comedy, action, love,& great music with an even better soundtrack. Travolta & Newton John are brilliant as Danny & Sandy & can who forget the rest of the T Birds & Pink Ladies (Rizzo, Frenchie, Kanickie etc). One of the greatest films ever made & easily my favorite musical of all time. The Dvd has a ton of extras including singing along to all your favorite Grease tracks.This Dvd is definatley One That You Want!!!!
What a film !!! I LOVE the film, I LOVE the actors and I LOVE the music. I wanted to be Sandy......what girl didn't eh ? They just don't make films like this anymore, although I remember my mum telling me the very same thing after watching Singing in the Rain with Gene Kelly !!! It's wonderful to watch and you can watch it over and over again. I would imagine that the only next best thing for the younger generation of today would be "High School Musical" which I've heard is brilliant. I haven't seen it yet so can't comment but stick with my original comment of "they don't make films like this anymore"!!! Sorry. Watch and enjoy. Boys : Sandy in those sewn on satin trousers and Girls : Danny with his sexy dimple in his chin, his leather T-Birds Jacket and just as tight trousers !!!!
I really love this movie, and since I love karaoke, this edition rocks! But it came a bit scratched. That's the only thing, the rest was ok.
