Based on the legendary Marvel Comics series, Peter Parker has finally managed to strike a balance between his devotion to M.J. and his duties as a superhero. But there is a storm brewing on the horizon. When his suit suddenly changes, turning jet-black and enhancing his powers, it transforms Peter as well, bringing out the dark, vengeful side of his personality that he is struggling to control.
Under the influence of the suit, Peter becomes over confident and starts to neglect the people who care about him most. Forced to choose between the seductive power of the new suit and the compassionate hero he used to be, Peter must overcome his personal demons as two of the most feared villains yet, Sandman and Venom, gather unparalleled power and a thirst for retribution to threaten Peter and everyone he loves.

after thoroughly spiderman 1 and 2 i thought that spiderman was a slight disappointment, as i thought it was getting a bit over the top, i think the villians were getting abit to silly with the sandman and some bits seemed a bit cheesy
now for the good stuff, i thought the action scenes were terrific and the special effects were great, i also had a good couple of laughs with some of the toby maguire scenes, i thought the acting was good aswell.
all in all i think if you liked spiderman 1 and 2 you will definatly like this although some of it is a bit silly i find that is still worth seeing
Does The Spiderman Series Justice

I found that some people on here have given this a bad review for being just a money sequel. I Thought this not to be the case, i am a fan of the films and comic books and think that the story in this and the rest of the films stick to the stories by Stan Lee and marvel.
And After all the films are just for fun and just enjoy them instead of taking them to seriously.
This is a must watch.
Waste of time

I don't think I've ever seen a film made so obviously with the intent to just get aload of cash. The story line is awful and very simple, and the CGI fails to make this film anything but boring. I don't think i've ever been more tempted to walk out of the cinema before, it was such a waste of time and money. It's just pathetic, it's another Hollywood sequel that wants to make some cash. Don't see it, trust me.
