This film is great as long as you don't take it seriously. The effects are really good as is David Arquette who is funny throughout. The parts in the mall are a particular highlight in this film. So just give your brain a night off and enjoy!

This was one of the worst films ever made, truly poor! if you know your movies then this wont be in your collection. to be honest i give it half a star but the option was'nt available.

This film was originaly going to be called ARACH ATTACK ! until the studio realized that people could confuse it with a film about the war in the gulf !
This is a good "B" movie homage, it's funny and has excellent CGI special effects of the spiders. As the plot goes spiders get the side affects of a toxic spill and grow in size and attack a small town, This films keeps to the "B" movie tone and has some pretty funny diologue. The sense of fun in the film is great, and the film does impress all the way until the over long Mine sequences, where the spiders have got there nest. Once you have seen one tunnel you have seen them all, and the film feels very repetative at this point. This is a minor draw-back to a other wise very funny film. Any body who likes Tremors and Lake Placid will enjoy this.
