Fascinating elements of police procedure meld with escalating tension in the taut 'Murder By Numbers'.

Sandra Bullock "redefines the female detective genre" as Cassie Mayweather, a homicide investigator who puts her career in jeopardy as she closes in on the elusive perpetrators of a cleverly planned "perfect murder." But there's something too perfect about the way the forensic evidence adds up, something that ties to Cassie's secret past...

TAKE THE BULLOCK BY THE HORNS

The stunning Sandra Bullock is determined to bring the killer to justice in this gripping whodunit. All is not what it seems as the cops try to solve the brutal murder of a young girl. There are twists and turns throughout, in this clever film, where two highly imaginative college students pass their spare time taking drugs and plotting murder. Will the naughty boys get away with it or will Sandra Bullock eventually get to the bottom of it? I love this film because of the relentless suspense and the fast-paced dramatic finale where Sandra Bullock needs all her wits about her - just to stay alive.

Worth watching if you got time

I am a massive Sandra Bullock Fan but this wasn't my favourite. She plays a serious character very well but I thought it dragged on a little in places. Worth a watch if you got some time on your hands
