This early Cameron Crowe effort is a reasonably good romance/drama with light comedy moments. It follows the lives of a bunch of Seattle based friends in their relationship escapades. However, its probably more interesting for its backdrop - the early 90's Seattle grunge scene. It serves as a who's who (although Nirvana are strangely absent) with appearances from Alice in chains, Pearl Jam (under the monicker of Citizen Dick) Sound garden et al. For those of you interested in the music, the soundtrack is a more worthy investment.
